Every number we cite comes from a shipped system. No model cards that 'could' — only systems that 'do'. If we can't measure it, we don't claim it.
No client capture.
Once an enterprise pilot reaches the customer, we never bypass them to talk to their end-users. Permanent — written into every contract.
